With panel sections in all steel, steel/glass, steel/glass/steel and fully glazed in a variety of heights of 2438mm, 3048mm and 3657mm, this system is offered with the option of a fire rated specification to BS476 Part 22 1987 one hour certification on solid panels and single/double doors with or without vision apertures, half hour for glazed panels. The tests were carried out by Warrington Fire Research Centre and detailed reports are available on request.

Panels are of a monobloc construction with two steel skins separated by an inert mineral wool insulating infill. Excalibur has removable skirting and vertical channels which reveal access for wiring cables.

Glass sections from 4mm to 12mm thick can be used and double  glazing is available with an integral blind system. Glazed panels include steel clip in glazing beads.

Sliding or hinged doors are obtainable, complete with handles and locks, and sliding glass hatches can be incorporated into the system.

Standard colours include powder coated sandstone or grey and stove enamelled grey. Trim components are available in stove enamelled brown or black. Non-standard and corporate colours are available to order, Weight is 18kg per square metre.
